Oasis Life Century City will consist of 250 residential apartments in four individual towers of eleven stories each. Every single apartment will feature a north-facing balcony looking out over the islands and waterways of Ratanga Park, and in some cases will also enjoy views of table bay and in some cases table mountain.

Each residential tower will feature either five or six apartments per floor. The one-bedroom apartments will be a generous 82 square metres in size including balconies. The two-bedroom apartments will range from 110 to 124 square metres, while the luxury two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments will be 168 square metres each, also including balconies.

All apartments will have access to balconies that form an architectural element of play and articulation, adding aesthetic interest and sculptural quality to the tall façades facing Ratanga Park.

All apartments will be fitted with upmarket finishes and cooking appliances, pre-installed fibre optic cabling for high-speed internet and DStv,as well as air conditioning. Interior styling will be available in a choice of two sophisticated colour palettes.

An impressive sense of arrival – and a distinctive air of luxury and grandeur – will be created as one enters the double-volume central foyer of Oasis Life Century City with its stunning views over Ratanga Park.

The main recreational and hospitality offerings of Oasis Life Century CIty will open up on both sides of a world-class Lifestyle Centre. To the left you will find a delightfully designed restaurant that blends seamlessly with a coffee bar and lounge area, which opens out onto a curving veranda. Large glass doors will slide back into timber-paneled recesses to blur the lines between inside and out on balmy summer days and evenings.

To the right, you will find semi-private spaces such as more intimate lounge areas, a library, a games room and a multi-purpose space for art classes, Pilates, line dancing and many other activities. These spaces flow out onto a deep, covered veranda that overlooks the gardens and waterbody below.

A central spiral staircase leads you down to a large function hall, a well-equipped gym and a heated indoor pool, all of which look out onto the landscaped garden directly in front of them. This lower level backs directly onto the undercover basement parking for residents.
