Oasis Life is developed by the Rabie Property Group, a leading, independent Cape-based property development company founded in 1978. Wherever we develop, we create innovative living spaces for people and businesses.
Our award winning residential, commercial and mixed-use developments have helped shape the urban landscape of Cape Town. These include Woodbridge Island, Dolphin Beach, Westlake Estate, Royal Ascot, Atlantic Beach, Fernkloof Estate in Hermanus, Century City, Burgundy Estate and Clara Anna Fontein in Durbanville.
We have developed most of Century City, and within it, the Oasis Luxury Retirement Resort, where we learned so much about what makes retirement facilities work. We have also diversified into the hospitality space, and own and operate various conference centres and hotels.
We’ve won many awards for our ground-breaking developments, whether residential, commercial, retail or mixed use properties. And through it all, we have discovered that mutually beneficial partnerships are the real bricks and mortar of our developments.

Gary and Glyn, joint CEO’s of the award-winning Century City Conference Centre and Hotel have many years of hotel management experience.
Involved from the inception stage at Oasis Life as hospitality specialists, Gary and Glyn give invaluable input with the respective professional teams in terms of the design of the hospitality offering, ensuring that every detail is considered.
Neil Barry, Operations Manager, has more than a decade of hospitality experience and is focused on the comfort of Oasis Life Clara Anna Fontein’s residents.
Oasis Life’s hospitality offering is based on the quality and experience. Even though each retirement development is unique, a golden thread of excellence and warmth will run through each.
