We have had a fantastic response to our upcoming development in Constantia! Our project team is working hard behind the scenes to make a launch possible.
Where are we now?
Our development application was approved at the Municipal Planning Tribunal (MPT) in October this year. Once a decision is taken by the MPT, the original objectors have an opportunity to appeal again and during this process, we have received two appeals.
From here, the MPT decision goes to the Planning Appeals Advisory Panel who makes a recommendation to the mayor, with whom the final decision lies.
We are expecting a positive outcome and the final decision is anticipated by February or March 2023.
While the formal process is underway, our teams are progressing well with the design development, and we can’t wait it share more info with you early in 2023!
