Below is a summary of what is included in the levies:
- Use of the Clubhouse facilities: dining facility, lounge, library and recreation areas.
- Creative activities weekly eg: canvas painting, scrapbooking, pottery painting etc, all materials provided free of charge.
- Exercise class, Bridge lessons, Bingo, etc
- Food credit for onsite dining facility
- Primary Health Care Clinic – Unlimited visits to the Nursing Sister during office hours and the nurse on call 24-hours a day
- Medical emergency response system– wrist band panic button & call-4-Care intercom linked to ER24 emergency control room
- 24-hour security guards with strict access control and perimeter electrified fencing
- Painting and maintenance of the exterior of your house or apartment block
- Building insurance
- Landscaping and garden services
- Cleaning of common areas and refuse removal
- Maintenance of roads and communal areas
- Fitness Centre with heated swimming pool & gym – where applicable
Your individual rates and electricity are payable in addition to your levy and our agent will be able to give you an estimate of what you can expect to pay.
