We successfully launched our third Oasis Life retirement development on 21 November at Burgundy Estate in Milnerton. It was great to meet several visitors and purchasers, with 40 visitor groups in attendance.
Our furnished show houses were available for viewing from 1 November by appointment, which allowed those who have expressed serious interest at an early stage, to enjoy an exclusive viewing experience.
“We have chosen two house types as our show houses: our largest home of 79 square metres, which consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a one-bedroom, one-bathroom home of 50 square metres” says Miguel Rodrigues, Director at Rabie. “Similar sizes and lay-outs are also available in our apartment blocks and we also have a typical garage and a typical carport on show.”
Both show houses are fully furnished and the smaller of the two has been set up as the Sales Centre.
Estate ageny for the scheme is Property World, who has extensive experience in the Burgundy Estate market. The small team responsible for Oasis Life Burgundy Estate is headed up by Allen Usher, Director.
