Oasis Life Burgundy Estate continues to grow with over 100 concluded sales to date with residents enjoying the lifestyle.
“As the estate grows, so does our lifestyle offerings,” says Miguel Rodrigues, Director at Rabie, of Oasis Life Burgundy Estate. “We built the Clubhouse in our first phase, and as we added more houses and cottages, we added an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, bowling green and 24/7 laundry service.”
The 4th phase of Burgundy Estate launched at an open day held on 1 April. This phase includes more houses, a larger cottage design, as well as a new apartment block.
Visitors could experience the friendly hospitality that Oasis Life offers, with bowling teams playing, live music, brunch snacks served, as well as a boerie braai in the afternoon.
“We launched Burgundy Estate with houses and an apartment block and as we progressed, we were able to customise our offering as we received market feedback,” says Rodrigues. “As such, we created a cottage option for those who find a house a little too large but enjoy their own ground floor garden. The new phase 4 cottage design is slightly larger, with small werf walls demarcating the gardens and granting more privacy. Our new apartment block consists only of one-bedroom, one-bathroom units, as the cottages have replaced the previous larger apartment offerings.”
Houses
Three new house types have been introduced, with the largest being a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home of 90.20m² plus a covered patio, drying yard and single garage. Additional features of the houses include pet friendly gardens, fitted kitchens and solar panels for hot water.
Cottages
Low werf walls have been added to all existing cottages to add to the sense of privacy. A new, larger cottage type is being introduced which consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom. In these ground floor cottages, residents can enjoy their independence, while not being burdened by the upkeep of a large house. The new cottage is 64.48m² plus a covered patio, drying yard and two tandem parking bays.
Apartments
Embrace your independence in a lock-up-and-go apartment! All apartments will have one bedroom and one bathroom, with a size of 40m². Features include ground floor apartments with pet friendly, exclusive use gardens, fitted kitchens and built-in cupboards in all bedrooms. The apartments on the second and third floors all have juliette balconies.
