We’re delighted that we are making great progress on the design development phase of Oasis Life Constantia and cannot wait to share all the details of this highly anticipated estate with you.
Our plans are currently in the Council Approval process and we are hopeful for approval before the end of the year. We will communicate more in our next edition of Ripple and to everyone who has registered on our Constantia list. (see below for more information on how to join this list).

What can you expect at Oasis Life Constantia?
In addition to all our standard Oasis Life features such as being pet friendly, beautiful indigenous landscaping, contemporary age-tailored design and 24-hour security, Oasis Life Constantia will feature the following:

46 houses, all with double garages with either two or three bedrooms and will range between 140m² and 200m².
69 apartments with undercover parking and either one or two bedrooms, ranging between 60m² and 120m².
